The most beautiful moments in life rarely happen according to plan. They come quietly — in the moment when we forget about the camera, expectations, and the desire to be 'perfect'. I do not plan my shots. My soul presses the shutter. I do not photograph appearances. I capture emotions.
There is something about feminine energy that deeply attracts me. Perfection within imperfections. The combination of softness and strength. Tenderness and passion. Vulnerability. A whirlwind of emotions... At the heart of my work stands Her — the Woman — free, in love, wild, sensual, sometimes quiet and humble, sometimes a living fire. Always magnetic.
I love the sea. It has always been a part of me. I do not see it as a backdrop, but as a state of being. Inspiration. Waves that never repeat themselves in the same way. The sun changes it every minute as it reflects upon its surface. The sea is always different and captivating in its own unique way.
Closeness to air, earth, sea, and nature. Connection. The silence between frames, the breeze in the hair, closed eyes, feminine curves, silhouettes, intertwined fingers of two lovers, a growing belly carrying life within... This is the natural world of my photographs. Love naturally exists in my work. Not only as romance, but as the way a person begins to see themselves — softer, more accepting, more authentic, and braver. I do not seek sterile perfection.
I seek atmosphere, character, and that magnetic quality which cannot be performed. I work alone, without assistants and without unnecessary equipment around us. Just me, the person in front of me, and the space between us. I believe that this is where the magic happens. People who stand before my camera often share that the experience leaves something deeper within them. They feel more beautiful, more confident, freer in their own skin, and have changed the way they see themselves. That is my goal.
